SALES EXECUTIVE

ACCOUNTANT (Accounting / Finance Subject Matter Expert)

We are looking for an Accounting Subject Matter Expert who can work closely with the Sales and Project team during the initial stages, meetings, and implementation with clients.   • Serve as a subject matter expert or trusted advisor to prospects or customers with regard to accounting/ finance solutions
  • Participate in meetings and interviews with prospects to gather and understand their business requirements and their functional and technical environments
  • Provide recommendations to address prospect or customer requirements
  • Work with Project and Sales team to determine if the potential solution is a fit
  • Resolve product functionality questions
  • Conduct detailed presentations during initial meetings with the client
  • Create product presentations utilizing Odoo Financial solutions as a springboard
  • Maintain a working, demonstration environment suitable for performing solution demonstrations
  • Resolve product functionality questions
  • Provide product training as required
  • Travel to customer or prospect sites as required

  • Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent degree program
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required
  • At least 2-year work experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • Has a basic understanding of Odoo or any ERP business concepts
  • Experience in Odoo or any ERP system is a plus
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with a professional demeanor
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence to conduct discussions with prospects or customers in both functional and senior management roles
  • Proficiency in using desktop tools such as MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Internet applications
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently and with initiative
  • Willing to expand knowledge in other domains essential to our operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid (remote and on-site) work setup
DEVELOPER

This is a full-time, permanent ERP Developer/Support role to help develop and improve our software's framework and its core modules for our clients.

  • ERP modules design, development, migration and test
  • Existing application maintenance and updates
  • Resolve customer's technical support issues related to ERP application, localized modules and integrations.
  • Test custom code developed by our team.

  • Bachelor or Engineer in Computer Science, IT or equivalent by experience
  • Good communication, people management and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast - paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, has an initiative to make a first move and has a cooperative attitude.
  • Willing to learn and share his/her knowledge.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Team Player

  • Good knowledge and experience with Python, XML and SQL
  • Knowledge in Git, Javascript, wkhtmltopdf and object oriented programming are an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge in developing desktop and web applications on Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) cross platform
  • Working knowledge of ERP is a plus.
